Resting or changing your password on HealthTap is simple if you're a provider or member!
- You can reset your password from any device at the Healthtap log in page located here.
- If you're using a smartphone app, select the Forgot Password link and if you're using a tablet app, select the Forgot Password link on the app's Login screen.
- Enter your email address and click on Send Reset Email.
- You will have 30 minutes to reset your password.
- Open your email inbox and find the automated message Password help from HealthTap.
- If you can't find it, it may have ended up in your spam folder (you may also want to try refreshing your email).
- Select the click here link in the email message and make a new password!
