It is easy to update your Preferred Pharmacy in your profile to ensure your prescriptions from your HealthTap Prime Virtual Consults are ready for you fast at a convenient pickup location.
There are two ways to update your Preferred Pharmacy information:
- Update the information in your profile
- Update the information right before you start a Virtual Consult with a doctor.
1) Updating your Preferred Pharmacy information in your profile
Step 1: Select Health Profile from the HealthTap menu (this is called the You menu in the HealthTap app).
Step 2: In the Basic Info section of your profile, scroll down to Preferred Pharmacy.
Step 3: Select the gray pencil icon to open the pharmacy search tool.
Step 4: Search for your pharmacy by state & city or zip code and select Search.
Step 5: Find your pharmacy and select it so that it appears as your Pharmacy.
2) Updating your Preferred Pharmacy right before a Virtual Consult
Step 1: Right before you initiate a Video Call, Voice Call, or Text Chat with a HealthTap Prime certified doctor, you have the option to Edit Pharmacy.
Step 2: Select Edit Pharmacy and search for your Preferred Pharmacy based on state & city or zip cope.
Step 3: Pick your Preferred Pharmacy from the search results.
