The HealthTap Help and support center is easily accessible through your HealthTap account in the main menu.
By selecting Help and Support you will be brought to healthtaphelp.zendesk.com where you will have access to submit a support request.
- To submit a request you can choose an issue:
- General inquiry
- Subscription or billing inquiry
- You'll be asked to enter your email address, subject, description, what the inquiry is about

- Privacy and Safety
- Common Questions about HealthTap
- Premium Services
- Free Services
- Getting Support
You may also search Zendesk Support by entering the keywords of the subject you are inquiring about.
