Consult transcripts can be accessed in the main menu of your HealthTap account.
Specific to HealthTap Concierge:
- Select Your Patients from the main menu.
- Type in the patient's name in the search tool.
- Select View Transcript under the patient's name.
- This will allow you to enter back into the original consult.
Specific to HealthTap Prime:
- Select Settings>Consult Settings
- Under Account Summary, utilize the drop-down menu to specify the timeframe which you would like to view for consult activity.
- Select View Transcript
