If you need a receipt for your virtual visit, please email Customer Support at email@example.com or call 650-376-6110. It takes between one and three business days to send your receipt.
You can also view your transaction history at any time:
1. Log in to your HealthTap account
2. Go to your Account menu. If you are on a computer, you can do this by clicking on the circular icon in the top, right corner (pictured below). If you are on your smartphone, click on Account in the bottom, right corner.
3. Select "Settings"
4. Under Billing Settings, select "Transaction History"
You will be able to view your full transaction history by description, date, and the amount you were charged. This includes any refunds.
