Please note we use a PayPal service to process receipts, so they are not customizable.
Once the HealthTap Support Team Receives your request it will take between 1-3 business days for the support team to assist you with your request.
In the meantime, you can access your payment transactions in your HealthTap account here:
Under Billing Settings, you'll see your full transaction history by description, date, and the amount you were charged.
