he HealthTap Help and support center is easily accessible through your HealthTap account in the main menu.
By selecting Help and Support you will be brought to healthtaphelp.zendesk.com where you will have access to submit a support request.
- To submit a request you can choose an issue from the drop-down menu
- You'll be asked to enter your email address, subject, description, what the inquiry is about
In the help center, you'll also have the option to view various support articles my topic. We encourage you to browse these topics before submitting your request, as oftentimes your questions may have been answered in this content.
