Receipts are not automatically generated and sent to you after paying for a service on HealthTap (although we plan to add this feature soon).
In the meantime, you may request a transaction receipt by submitting a ticket, although it will not contain any PII or other confidential information. For more specific information related to your consult, there are two places you can gather more information:
- In Settings > Billing Settings > Transaction History
- In Consults > (Select Consult you'd like to view) You may scroll down to the end of the consult transcript and select "Download pdf" to obtain a record of the chat transcript and SOAP note.
