When your license expires, renewing it with the State Medical Board/Consumer Affairs does not automatically update that information in HealthTap.
To update your expired licenses, please follow these steps:
- Sign into your HealthTap account.
- In the main menu, select Settings > Medical Licenses
- Click +Add License
- Enter the appropriate information in the fields provided, and then click Add.
Once submitted the license will show a “Pending status”. It will move to an “Approved Status” once it is reviewed and approved by the team.
