Here are some tips to help ensure you are set to "Available" and our system knows you are available during your committed shifts:
- Set a timer on your mobile device for 10 minutes before the start of your Committed shift
- When your timer/alarm goes off 10 minutes prior to your shift, refresh your app and update your status to "Available"
- When taking a 5-minute break during your shift, set a timer for 4 minutes. When it goes off, there is still 1 minute to update your online status back to "Available"
- Note: To avoid compensation adjustments, your break should be no longer than the allotted 5 minutes
