How to enable the HealthTap plugin in your browser

Windows: Internet Explorer: Enabling the HealthTap Video Plugin

Internet Explorer Version 11 must be used and a plugin download will be needed for live virtual visit functionality. 

If the audio and video connection are not established automatically, please follow the following steps to make sure the HealthTap Video Plugin is enabled in the Internet Explorer (IE11) browser.

1. Select the settings icon in the top right corner of the browser:
2. Choose Internet options from the settings (see image below):
3. Select the Program Tab

   

    
4. Select the "Manage add-ons" button:
   
5. Find the Vidyo Web Plugin and make sure it is enabled (if it is disabled, please enable it):
   

Note: In order to see the Video Web Plugin in the list, you may need to choose show "All Add Ons".
