Thank you for trying HealthTap Prime.
You may cancel your HealthTap Prime subscription and update to the 'Basic'/free plan. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Log into your HealthTap account
2. Click on the circular icon in the top right corner to access your "Account" menu
3. Click on "Settings"
4. Under "Billing Settings", click on "Your Plan"
5. In the menu that drops down, please select the option to "Change your plan" to proceed.
6. Please choose the "Basic"/free plan.
7. Click the "Change" button.
8. Please feel free to take a moment to explain your reasons for changing to the "Basic"/free plan so we can continue to improve our service.
9. To finalize the cancelation of your HealthTap Prime subscription, please select the "Continue" button.
10. After going through this process, a popup will appear at the top of the screen to confirm that your subscription has been canceled.
