How do I update my billing information?

Maintaining current billing information in your HealthTap profile is important in preserving your access to virtual visits with our doctors.

To update your billing information:

1. Log in to your HealthTap account

2. Select the circular icon to get to your Account menu and select "Account"

3. Select "Update" under the Payment method tab

4. Input your new or updated payment information (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay) and select "Update"

 

Please note: Updating your billing information will modify/switch the old payment method information to the new one. If you have the same card number, but a new expiration date, you need to re-enter your credit card information and select "Update"
