How do I update my billing information?


You can update your billing information by using these steps:

1. Sign in to your HealthTap account

2. Click on the circular icon in the top left corner to get to your Account menu

3. In your Account menu, select Settings


4. Under Billing Settings, select Your credit card

5. Add your new or updated credit card information, and select Save

*Note: This will modify/switch the old credit card information to the new one
*Note: If you have the same card number, but a new expiration date, you need to re-enter your credit card information and select "save"
