How do I deactivate my account?

We're sorry to see you go! To deactivate your account, you can either submit a request to our Support team, or you can deactivate your account on your own!

To deactivate your HealthTap account on your computer

  1. Log in to your HealthTap account
  2. Select the circular icon in the top, right-hand corner to access your Account menu
  3. Select "Settings"
  4. Select "Deactivate Account" at the bottom of the menu
  5. You will then be prompted to confirm your request and submit feedback regarding the reason for deactivation or you can select "Never mind" if you don't wish to deactivate
  6. Once you've entered your feedback, select "Deactivate" and your account will be deactivated

To deactivate your HealthTap account on your smartphone or tablet:

  1. Log in to your HealthTap account
  2. If you are using a smartphone, you can access your Account menu by clicking on Account in the bottom right hand corner
  3. Select "Deactivate account"
  4. You will then be prompted to confirm your request and submit feedback regarding the reason for deactivation
  5. Once you've entered your feedback, select "Deactivate" and your account will be deactivated
