We're sorry to see you go! To deactivate your account, you can either submit a request to our Support team, or you can deactivate your account on your own!
To deactivate your HealthTap account on your computer:
- Log in to your HealthTap account
- Select the circular icon in the top, right-hand corner to access your Account menu
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Deactivate Account" at the bottom of the menu
- You will then be prompted to confirm your request and submit feedback regarding the reason for deactivation or you can select "Never mind" if you don't wish to deactivate
- Once you've entered your feedback, select "Deactivate" and your account will be deactivated
To deactivate your HealthTap account on your smartphone or tablet:
- Log in to your HealthTap account
- If you are using a smartphone, you can access your Account menu by clicking on Account in the bottom right hand corner
- Select "Deactivate account"
- You will then be prompted to confirm your request and submit feedback regarding the reason for deactivation
- Once you've entered your feedback, select "Deactivate" and your account will be deactivated
