When your license expires, renewing it with the State Medical Board/Consumer Affairs does not automatically update that information on HealthTap.
To update your expired licenses, please follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your HealthTap account.
2. In the main menu, select Settings > Medical Licenses
3. Click +Add License
4. Enter the appropriate information in the fields provided, and then click Add.
Once submitted, the license will show a “Pending” status. It will move to an “Approved” status once it is reviewed and approved by the team.
