If there was an issue with your service and you would like to request a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours. For virtual visits that failed due to technical problems on the part of a HealthTap provider, there will be no refunds; only credits will be issued so you may attempt to reconsult.
For the following, we are unable to issue refunds:
- Appointments that are missed or no shows
- Refund requests due to not receiving a requested prescription or dissatisfaction with the clinical outcome of the visit
- Any virtual visit refund request submitted seven (7) days after the purchase date
- You may continue to use the Membership Services until the end of your then-current membership monthly period if you cancel them before your subscription term has ended. Your subscription will not be renewed if you do so. But you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any sums paid as monthly membership fees for the then-current monthly subscription period.
