How do I apply credits to my virtual visit?

Credits can be awarded for a variety of reasons such as missing or cancelling a virtual visit. 

To access your credits:

  1. Log in to your HealthTap account
  2. Go to your Account menu. If you are on a computer, you can do so by selecting the circular icon in the top right corner. On a smartphone, it will be in the bottom right hand corner
  3. Select "Settings"



  1. Under Billing Settings you will see a section called"Credit Balance". If you select "Credit Balance", you will see "Primary Care Visit Credit Balance" with the credit amount that has been awarded
  2. You may now use these credits towards your next virtual visit with HealthTap!
