Credits can be awarded for a variety of reasons such as missing or cancelling a virtual visit.
To access your credits:
- Log in to your HealthTap account
- Go to your Account menu. If you are on a computer, you can do so by selecting the circular icon in the top right corner. On a smartphone, it will be in the bottom right hand corner
- Select "Settings"
- Under Billing Settings you will see a section called"Credit Balance". If you select "Credit Balance", you will see "Primary Care Visit Credit Balance" with the credit amount that has been awarded
- You may now use these credits towards your next virtual visit with HealthTap!
